Rolling Meadows Senior Living offers 23 one-bedroom apartments with a dedicated percentage designed especially for individuals requiring the features of a barrier-free unit. It features a computer center, laundry room, and more. It is located on the edge of town and close to shopping centers.
Residents must be 62 years or older and meet specific income guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Rent is based on 30% of the resident’s adjusted annual income. Each apartment can accommodate one or two people.
