Northwest Chicago Group Homes comprises three properties:

  • Hutchinson; 3348 W. Hutchinson, Chicago, IL
Northwest Chicago Group Homes is a HUD Section 811 Supportive Living Program housing project for behavioral health clients.
The goal of Northwest Chicago Group Homes is to enrich the quality of life for our behavioral health clients from all religious, ethnic, racial, and economic backgrounds. Accordingly, Northwest Chicago Group Homes provide a variety of special programs and services and tailored to the unique needs of the behavioral health clients, including case management for accessing community services, life skills, and social programming of special interest to our behavioral health clients.

A full-time social service coordinator is on staff to assist residents who need community-based social services, such as home-delivered meals and homemaker services.
