Lincoln Manor Senior Housing offers 58 one-bedroom apartments with a dedicated percentage designed especially for individuals who require the features of a barrier-free unit. It is conveniently located near Highways 39 and 88 and blocks away from Rochelle Community Hospital, restaurants, and shopping.
Residents must be 62 years or older and meet specific income guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Rent is based on 30% of the resident’s adjusted annual income. Each apartment can accommodate one or two people.
