Kingston Place Senior Housing community combines affordable, comfortable living with the companionship of friends. Located in the vibrant South Shore neighborhood of Chicago since 2000, it offers 80 one-bedroom, maintenance-free apartments for seniors 62 years and older, with two units designed for individuals who require the features of a barrier-free unit. Kingston Place provides amenities and conveniences for seniors who want to live on their own in a safe setting.
Residents must be 62 years or older and meet specific income guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Rent is based on 30% of the resident’s adjusted annual income.
