Immanuel Senior Residences
Immanuel Senior Residences is a community that combines affordable, comfortable living with the companionship of friends. It offers 49 one-bedroom, maintenance-free apartments for seniors. Since 1999, Immanuel Senior Residences has offered more than just a place to live. “This is a great place to live, with caring management. My apartment was completely renovated in 2020. It’s like moving into a new home!” said Karyn, a resident since 2010.
Residents must be 62 years or older and meet specific income guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Rent is based on 30% of the resident’s adjusted annual income. Each apartment can accommodate one or two people.
