The property offers 59 one-bedroom apartments with a percentage of units designated for individuals who require the features of a barrier-free unit. Gable Point opened in 2013 and is a smoke-free housing environment inside the building, with outdoor designated smoking areas available.
Residents must be 62 years or older and meet specific income guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Rent is based on 30% of the resident’s adjusted annual income. Each apartment can accommodate one or two people.
