Deer Creek Manor offers 25 one-bedroom apartments along with units designated for individuals who require the features of a barrier-free unit. It is conveniently located near a bus line, restaurants and shopping, and Sunset Memorial Park.
Residents must be 62 years or older and meet specific income guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Rent is based on 30% of the resident’s adjusted annual income. Each apartment can accommodate one or two people.
