It offers one-bedroom, maintenance-free apartments for seniors 62 years and older, with units designated for individuals who require the features of a barrier-free unit. Residents must be 62 years or older and meet specific income guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Rent is based on 30% of the resident’s adjusted annual income.
