LSSI Mental Health Group Homes Open House

If you or a loved one is at least 18 years of age and experiencing severe mental illness come check out Lutheran Social Services of Illinois’ group home open house! LSSI’s three mental health group homes on Chicago’s northwest side are a steppingstone for individuals with a mental health diagnosis who have a goal of living independently.

If you are interested in housing in our mental health group homes, bring along a copy of state I.D./driver’s license, birth certificate, social security card, proof of income (Social Security benefit letter/check stubs), one bank statement.
