Victorian Woods Senior Living offers 59 one-bedroom apartments with a dedicated percentage designed especially for individuals who require the features of a barrier-free unit. This friendly atmosphere offers social and educational programs, spacious apartments for one or two adults, and other helpful amenities listed below.
Residents must be 62 years or older and meet specific income guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Rent is based on 30% of the resident’s adjusted annual income. Each apartment can accommodate one or two people.
