Aurora Senior Housing
LSSI offers two retirement communities in Aurora for seniors with low incomes, including Aurora Senior Housing—a comfortable, safe, and affordable apartment-style building with amenities for older adults to live on their own.
Aurora Senior Housing offers 48 one-bedroom apartments along with three (3) units designated for individuals who require the features of a barrier-free unit. Several apartments enjoy a view of the on-site pond, and several stores and restaurants are within walking distance.
Residents must be 62 years or older and meet specific income guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Rent is based on 30% of the resident’s adjusted annual income.
