Aunt Martha’s Health & Wellness provides primary care, medical services, and psychiatry for children and adults on the first floor of LSSI’s Portage Cragin Counseling Center on Chicago’s northwest side. The on-site clinic makes it easier for individuals to get the physical and mental healthcare that helps them feel their best – from preventive services like school physicals, immunizations, and cancer and depression screenings, to ongoing treatment and medications for chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, depression, or ADHD.

Aunt Martha’s sliding fee scale makes great care affordable. It’s policy is that patients without the ability to pay will not be denied services. We also accept most Medicaid health insurance plans.
