We are Open! The Status of LSSI Behavioral Health Programs

LSSI strives to be a reliable and consistent partner in serving the community during these unprecedented times. In an effort to keep our clients and staff safe, we have made some changes to our Behavioral Health Programs.

Our programs are still open and providing services virtually, over the phone, or in the community through social distancing.

Below, we have provided the status of our programs in an attempt to maintain community access to needed behavioral health treatment:

Medical Detox & Residential Rehab – New Intakes Are Temporarily On-Hold
Recovery Homes – Accepting New Intakes

Crisis Services – Accepting New Referrals

If you know of someone in crisis, please call 773.878.8200 ext. 5045 or 5064773.878.8200 ext. 5045 or 5064. You can also call the Cares Line at 800.345.9049800.345.9049.

  • Mobile Crisis/SASS will prescreen clients (adults and children) for symptoms, and staff will follow CDC guidelines on social distancing and infection control precautions.
All Project IMPACT locations will remain open for service.

Outpatient Offices – Accepting New Referrals

Intakes will be performed over the phone with client consent. Services will be provided virtually or may be over the phone. In-person and Group Treatment has been suspended in order to keep our clients and staff safe.

Welcoming Center – Closed to walk-ins, but accepting phone referrals
