Who can live at Joshua Arms?
We provide apartment-style living for adults 62+ years old and disabled persons aged 18+ who require the design features of our accessible units. Our supportive living units —The Oaks — offer personal care assistance and housekeeping services to individuals 65 and older. Learn the difference between apartment-style residences and supportive living apartments.
Are there apartments currently available?
Yes. The application process requires approximately 7-8 months for apartment-style and 2-4 weeks for The Oaks supportive living. There is no application fee. Contact us for more information.
What is the size of the apartments?
Our apartment-style residences and The Oaks apartments are each 550 square feet.
Is there a charge for utilities?
Residents of our apartment-style housing pay for their own electric, telephone, and cable. Subsidies may be available for those who qualify. Residents of The Oaks do not pay for electric, but are responsible for their telephone and cable. Cable television subscriptions are extra for all tenants.
