Good Shepherd Sunday
About Good Shepherd Sunday
Good Shepherd Sunday is a day every spring when congregations lift up LSSI programs with speakers, videos, and other provided resources. It offers the opportunity to open our hearts and arms to welcome all into Jesus’ abundant life.
Save the Date: April 21, 2024
The generosity of ELCA members across Illinois improves thousands of lives every day through the ministry of Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI). As you plan your worship services this spring, please join us again in celebrating that partnership on Good Shepherd Sunday.
Good Shepherd Sunday is the fourth Sunday of Easter, but congregations are welcome to celebrate on any Sunday during the Easter season.Â
