Opened in 2006, Victorian Woods offers 59 affordable senior apartments. The building features a Victorian theme in its design.

The apartments have several different floor plans that feature full kitchens, a visitor entry system, beautiful views and other amenities.

The three-story building also features a large community room, patio and management offices. Laundry facilities and trash chutes are located on each floor. Public transportation to local shopping areas is available.

All of the apartments have:

• Wall-to-wall carpeting (in living room and bedroom)
• Air conditioner
• Electric range and refrigerator
• Blinds
• Emergency pull cords in bathrooms
• Spacious bathrooms with walk-in showers and grab bars
• Cable TV access

Victorian Woods is funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Residents must be 62 years old or older and meet HUD income guidelines.
