St. Matthew Center for Health offers a variety of options to meet healthcare and social needs of older adults. St. Matthew has been serving the community since 1959.

St. Matthew’s services include:

• Short-term rehabilitation clinical services for complex medical conditions, as well as specialized physical, occupational and speech therapies for older adults.
• Long-term care for individuals whose health and medical conditions require that they receive nursing care.
• Specialized services for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease that promote dignity, purpose and enhanced quality of life.
• Respite services that provide safe, nurturing, temporary care to individuals, allowing caregivers time for themselves.
